    Deposit is non refundable Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. The garment is guaranteed against any defects in material under normal wear and tear and will be repaired at no charge. Once the garment is complete and should sizing fluctuate, alteration costs will be at the expense of the client. All pieces are custom made Allow 3-4 weeks receive items 6-8 weeks for gowns NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES

Guidelines for custom designs

Hello Ladies! Thank you for choosing Jacquise Simone for your custom needs!
Below are the steps to complete your inquiry:
 

Step 1: email your desired piece with as much detail as possible, whether it’s a Jacquise Simone design or a custom design, to JacquiseSimone@gmail.com. Send a picture if you have it. 

A contract detailing your dress, will be drawn up and emailed to you to sign along with your parent/guardian if you are under the age of 18.

Step 2: Once dress design is finalized, you are ready to proceed with the process and deposit is to be made. Your deposit is half of your dress total and goes towards the balance of your dress. Deposits are paid via CASHAPP @ $JacquiseSimone
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Your materials are ordered same or next business day from your payment. If you need to cancel for any reason YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.

Step 3: In order for us to satisfy all customers in a timely manner we will follow a size guide this year.
We do not accept measurements not taken by our staff. We will send you a size chart in which you can choose the size that best fits you.

Alterations may be required.

Jacquise Simone does not alter gowns for out of state clients.

 It is the customers responsibility to get their alterations done locally by a professional seamstress.

Jacquise Simone is not responsible for any cost or fees that are associated to alter on your gown. 

THERE ARE NO CHANGES MADE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. If ANY changes are made there is a $125 OR MORE FEE ADDED TO YOUR BALANCE. Depending on changes that can delay your dress 2-4 weeks.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for the dress making process.
 

Dress Design Approval


Various videos and pictures will be sent upon completion. Your remaining balance plus shipping cost is due 30 days before your event to ensure your dress is shipped ON TIME.

REFUNDS

All sales are final.

Jacquise Simone does not offer refunds under any circumstances. There are no exceptions.
